Just a little bit about us
We call our vacation home “Affordable Luxury” because nobody can beat these prices for this unit in this complex! Our villa is located in The Villas of Somerset in Kissimmee, Florida just 3½ miles from Orlando's Disney World entrance and not all the villas in this complex are created equal! We constantly upgrade our unit to separate ours from the others. Some of the features you will find at our condo that you probably won’t find at the mass-marketed ones are: upgraded furniture, ceramic tile floors in both bathrooms, the main hallway, kitchen, and dining room, ceiling fans in the living room, and all bedrooms, new carpeting, stained glass lighting, brass bathroom fixtures, decorative wallpaper borders, plants, and artwork throughout. Additionally, there is a large flat panel TV/DVD combo in the living room and master bedroom, a 25” DVD/VCR television in the 2nd bedroom, and a 20” TV with DVD/VCR in the bedroom. Most units merely feature a single 19” TV! There is Wi-Fi high speed Internet access and cable TV with five HBO channels.
Now you might say, "I don't care about all that I just want a good price." We rent the Villa ourselves, eliminating booking agent add-on profits, and would rather have it rented instead of vacant. So the bottom line is, if you rent ours, you get a more luxurious Villa for less than you would pay for one of the ordinary ones!! As a matter of fact, our rates are not much more than you would expect to pay for a single motel room! We also quote complete rates including the 13% sales and tourist tax! Most owners quote rates without the tax and also charge a cleaning fee to have unit cleaned upon your departure. We do neither! So there are no surprises when you're billed. Always ask for the full price including tax and cleaning fees when renting a Florida vacation condo. This was our third stay and will not look anywhere else. Location/upgrades make this condo the best deal in the Orlando area. The owners are great to work with and have made our visits to Mickeyland memorable. 4 stars.

We stayed for 4 nights beginning May 28, 2011 and had a great time at your property. Everything is in great condition. we love green and peach color concept. The other great thing is the location, it's right in the middle of evrything. I highly recommend your home for vacation rental.
