Holiday weeks of Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas are premium weeks and booked at peak season rates. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. All rates subject to 13% Florida sales tax. Rates shown are in US Dollars (US). We never charge a cleaning fee.

Payment Options

Full refund if cancellation is made 6 weeks prior to stay.

Payment Options: Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order and credit cards accepted.

 

Deposits

Dates cannot be held without a deposit.

We require a $200 deposit per week of rental to hold your reservation and payment in full 30 days prior to your stay.


Check In & Check Out

Procedures.

Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.
The standard rental period is Saturday to Saturday, but we do accommodate other rental periods.
